This website is owned by Saddlesdane Equestrian. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Saddlesdane Equestrian. Saddlesdane Equestrian, offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.
ORDERING & DELIVERY
Upon placing an order, you are entering into an agreement to purchase the selected products based upon our terms and conditions. We hold the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
We make every effort to despatch your goods the next working day following receipt of your order. Please note if the item is not in stock we will inform you and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order. Saddlesdane cannot accept any liability for delivery delays beyond our control.
Delivery will be made to the shipping address entered on your order. Delivery is made by courier, title of the goods will pass to you upon signature, or proof of delivery at your address.
We offer free standard delivery on all UK Mainland orders £150 and over. UK Mainland orders under £150 placed can be dispatched using our standard service at a cost of £6.95.
Your products will only be dispatched upon receiving full payment and complete, accurate information for delivery.
For the protection of both you and us we will sometimes validate personal information given to us during the order process with third-party organisations. By submitting these details you agree to these checks and all data will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
Saddlesdane Equestrian, makes every effort to ensure prices on the website are correct. We reserve the right to amend the price of products without any notice.
Stock quantities on our website are live. If an item is found to be out of stock, you will be contacted as soon possible by email or phone. You will be given the option to
cancel your order or wait until the item returns to stock at which point it will be dispatched to you.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Saddlesdane Equestrian cannot accept the return of any customized, special order or made to measure items (such as non-stock riding boots or customized jackets) other than where there is a manufacturer fault which cannot be rectified. Cancellation of any custom order will incur a 50% fee payable to Saddlesdane Equestrian.
If a product is found to be faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will inform you of the returns procedure and any details we may require. Upon receipt of your returned item we will inspect the product to ascertain the cause of the fault and if this is found to be due to a material or manufacturing fault, we will send you a refund or replacement free of charge – if this is not a stock item, please allow for this to be returned to the manufacturer.
If a product develops a fault after fitment, please contact us for advice. Our staff will advise you of any steps to take before returning the product.
ORDER RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We advise that you contact us at your earliest convenience if you wish to exchange a product, we cannot guarantee stock levels.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items).
You cannot cancel your order if you have removed any sealed packaging on a product or purchased goods that are non-returnable. Non-returnable items will be stated on their respective product pages. Confirmed Non-returnable items include: Personalised or Special Order items, Underwear.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your order then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, providing the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
On the return of International orders for goods purchased outside of the EU a refund will be given on the goods purchased only and NOT the shipping cost. If an international customer wishes to exchange an item they would be expected to cover the cost of postage of replacement item sent to them.
Goods returned must be returned in the condition they were received in. This includes all packaging which must be intact and complete, ready for resale. Items must be returned with protective packaging and tape, labels or glue must not be applied directly to product packaging as this will result to damage that effects resell. We hold the right to deduct the costs of these damages from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Non-faulty items must be returned OR we must be notified of their despatch for return within 14 days of their arrival to the customer. If we are notified within the first 14 days the customer has another 14 days for the product to arrive back to us. If we receive an item after these periods we hold the right to withhold a refund and the customer would be responsible for paying postage costs for the item to be returned to them.

Saddlesdane Equestrian will make reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy of any information or data on this website is correct but makes no representation, warranty of any kind expressed or implied, or otherwise regarding the content, availability of the website, fixing of defects, that it will be timely or error-free, or that the site or server that it is hosted on is free of viruses or harmful content.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will use the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order for the purpose of fulfilling that order. Along with, or instead of, placing an order you may have sent an enquiry to us, in which we will use the information you’ve provided to respond to and answer the enquiry. We may contact you by telephone, email or other means in relation to your order, for example: notifying you of delivery status, updating you on stock availability or informing you of changes with the order.
If we share information with a third party, such as a payment gateway or delivery company, their use of your data will be limited to the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will make our reasonable endeavours to ensure that all third parties treat your personal data in a legal and appropriate way. We endeavour not to transfer the data of EU citizens outside the EU but where we cannot avoid it we will only do so via a third party that have conformed to all of the appropriate EU legislation providing equivalent protection to that if the data was retained within the EU.
WHAT DATA DO WE HOLD?
We hold the personal data that you supplied in the course of placing your order or enquiry. The data normally consists of: product information, transactional information, fraud checking information, name, address, phone number, email, special delivery instructions and potentially other information to ensure the successful completion of your order. We may hold notes of our communication with you through different channels including, but not limited to: email, live chat, CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and phone. We will not seek personal information from you relating to race, religion, political affiliation, trade union membership, sexual orientation, medical or genetic history and we ask you not to provide such information to us under any circumstances.
HOW WE HOLD YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will retain the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order or an enquiry, for the purpose of fulfilling that order, responding to or processing that enquiry. If you place an order, we will retain an electronic copy of your invoice data for the period required by HMRC, after which we will delete it. Your information will be: securely stored on hardware that has limited access to only relevant persons; and on a server maintained by a third party such as a web host. Whether held by us on our hardware, or on our behalf by a third party, it will be kept secure and protected from unauthorised access using all reasonable means.
CO-OPERATING WITH LEGAL AUTHORITIES
If requested, we will pass information about you (and if relevant, your business) to legal authorities who have the legal right to demand such data.
If you have engaged with us, but never placed an order, you may request the complete deletion of your details from our systems. Whether or not you have placed an order, you may request us never to contact you again, and we will comply with your request unless you make a further enquiry with us. You have the right to see the data held about you and to receive a copy. You have the right to have any errors corrected. You have the right to ask and be told where your data came from.
